This machine has two parts :
a) the dosing assembly : the cylinders and pistons are placed inside one indexed wheel ; the axle of which is aligned with the feeding screws.
b) two progressive pitch feeding screws which turn counterise. The screws operate only during suction. The screws push directly in line into the cylinder during the pistons suction.
The indexed wheel turns and place the full cylinders vertically where the product is discharged in the recipient.

The volume and the speed are adjustable on the panel control.
Cleaning is very easy. All parts in contact with the product are instantly removable.

Speed up to 50 cpm on one lane.
(with two filling heads : 100 trays per min)

This machine has been developped for dry and fragile products such as:
cooked tuna paricles, chicken cubes or cooked meat, shredded carots without sauce, taboulé, sweet corn, cooked potatoes slices, cooked rice, mussel, shrimps, etc …
