This machine has a rotating hopper with several telescopic pockets with adjustable volume.
Each pocket has a slide plate which release the dose at the discharge above the containers.
The rotating hopper is driven by servomotor which allows synchronization with an intermittent or continuous motion conveyor.
A tube with a large diameter with height adjustment feeds the rotating hopper and delivers a layer of product necessary to fill correctly the pockets.
The pockets proceed under a scraper which isolates the upper part of the pockets, before the sliding plates open for the dose discharge.

One belt elevator is provided for the tube feeding and an infrared cell, located vertically, controls the level and the automatic driving of the belt.
The volume and the speed are adjustable on the panel control.
Height adjustment (option) allows to fit with different container height.

Speed up to 50 cpm on one conveyor belt.
It is possible to fill on 2 lanes in the same time, speed up to 100 trays per min (2 x 50 cpm)
This machine fills products which are composed of particles, cubes, grains without sauces such as : cooked meat cubes, vegetables mixes, fruits, vegetables grains or cubes like beans, lens, sweet corn, green peas, rice, etc …
