This machine has two parts :
a) Dosing esemble with pistons and valves
b) The feeding hopper composed of two items :
+ Higher hopper part fitted of one rotating scraping arm designed for cancelling bridgings
+ Lower part with two progressive pitch feeding screws which turn counterwise. The speed and quantity of rotation are adjustable according to volume and viscosity of product. The screws operate only during suction.

Speed : up to 60 trays per min (until 600 grs) on sealing machine.. The TLD-V with 2 filling heads runs up to 120 trays per min on 2 lanes (2 x 60 cpm)

The volume and the speed are adjustable on the panel control.
Quick parts removal for cleaning and maintenance. Piston with aseptic seals.

Options : height adjustment, up and down motion, or transfer systems of the filling heads if necessary with 3 or 4 lanes …

This machine has been developped for filling products which cannot be normally sucked such as : ready meals, shredded carrots (percentage of sauce = 10 %, celery, red beetroots, saeurkraut, leaf spinach, piemontaise, col slow, ground meat, corned beef, luncheon meat, etc …
